Neil Johnson is the owner and Managing Director of the company, supported by his wife Kirsty and their children Elizabeth, William, and Millie (plus their cavapoo – Zara).
Neil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and registered Project Manager with a background in design, engineering, construction, project management, and business management.
“Having worked in offices for over 20 years, and having managed and run a business and busy office on behalf of a UK PLC, I had experienced first-hand many of the issues and frustrations that come with commercial cleaning.
After years of direct contact with cleaners, as well as personally dealing with various cleaning contractors at an office level, to report issues, request audits, request quotes, etc. I was sure there was a better way to do things.
I knew first hand that there was an opportunity, and a demand, for a company with a strong culture, that had committed and happy staff, who were reliable and consistent, that looked the part in branded uniform, and that fully understood their customers pain, and went above and beyond to deliver a first-class service every day.
I just knew that that company, my company, would stand out and dominate the industry.

Founded in 2014 in our hometown of Wigan, we originally provided office cleaning services on a small scale to local businesses.
Our first major contract win came in 2017, and in the same year we began a daily cleaning contract with a well-known chain of dental surgeries, a partnership that extended to several branches throughout Greater Manchester and Lancashire, and still continues to this day.
We continued to go from strength to strength and eventually moved into new industries, as well as expanding our services to provide complementary cleaning services to meet the growing demand from our clients.
Today we employ over 40 permanent staff and have developed long standing and trusted relationships with our clients, with some of our contracts being retained from when we very first started.
