How long have you been part of the team?
I joined NJ Cleaning in July 2025
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I’m passionate about being part of a team where people feel informed, supported, valued, part of something bigger and proud of what they do. At NJ Cleaning, I enjoy exploring the most efficient way to turn ideas and feedback into clear, simple tools and communication that help our managers to lead confidently, our teams to feel supported and our customers to feel valued.
How would you describe the NJ Cleaning team in three words?

What makes NJ Cleaning different from other companies you’ve worked for?
What stands out to me is that NJ Cleaning genuinely lives its values – they aren’t just words on the wall, and that is really important to me. This isn’t just a cleaning company; it’s a people-centred local family business that prioritises communication, culture, and continuous improvement. I’ve personally known Neil and his family for 13 years and understand how important NJ Cleaning is to him. I feel that Neil values my opinion and welcomes feedback. His vision for the future is very clear and I am 100% onboard to help achieve this.

What’s your favourite thing about working locally?
I have always worked locally and enjoy seeing the impact NJ Cleaning has when employing local people, supporting local businesses and charitable organisations, seeing familiar faces at various events and investing in our community together.
