Meet Magdalena
Magdalena joined NJ Cleaning on 4th March 2026 and has quickly become a key part of the team, bringing with her a wealth of experience from working with larger national cleaning companies.
As Head of Operations, Magdalena plays a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from supporting our teams on the ground to building strong relationships with our clients.
What does Magdalena enjoy most about her role?
For Magdalena, it’s all about people. She enjoys working closely with both the NJ Cleaning team and clients, spending time understanding expectations and ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.
Magdalena also thrives on challenges, using her creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome them and continuously improve the service we provide.
Having worked for larger organisations in the past, Magdalena has seen first-hand what makes NJ Cleaning stand out, and what truly sets NJ Cleaning apart is its people-focused approach where every employee is actually valued as an individual, not just a number.
